| Henry Gunchel Paris?? Is this the same tradename,Henri Gunckel?
Peter: The bell and valve cluster suggest either Austria, Germany, or Italy. French makers generally did not use this type of rotary valve. I wonder if this valve cluster was mass produced somewhere.
Bastrompet: I went through my Helicon database and found this type of valve cluster mainly in Czech German and Italian helicons. It could well be that there was one manufacturer responsible form most of them.
