The New York Musical Instrument Co. weredealers and importers. They were later known as N.Y. Band Instrument Co. Reported that they ceased business in 1950.

Models sold with their label include Toneking, La Sete, The Regal, and
Harmony. Most are Austrian made probably by Julius Keilwerth of Grazlitz.
