The case says J.W. Jenkins Sons Music Co., 1013 - 1015 Walnut Street, Kansas City, Mo. which is consistent with the owners locale.
Also was a comment that said that Austria was used before 1918, because Graslitz was then in Czechoslovakia.
Kenton: Possibly this horn connects the dots. Goumat may be a stencil made by Boland and Fuchs and imported by Jenkins.
