Pryorphone: I would say it was a Diston horn, but when and where? I have always assumed that August was a brass stencil dealer, but after London, Distin worked in New York, Philadelphia, Cressona, and Williamsport.
Kenton:
The horn is pictured as the Artist Model in the Pollmann 1894 catalog.
Pryorphone: If it IS the same horn in the catalog, then Distin had retired, and Keefer was running the Henry Distin Mfg, Co. in Williamsport, so it was a domestic stencil for Pollmann.
