Krax: It is a Selmer Signet, an American Selmer... Not made by Selmer Paris. Probably American made, Selmer Signets trumpets with that S-bracing were made by Blessing... Maybe this one too?

This model was designed by Lucien Thevet. In 1964 Lucien Thevet performed with this Instrument on a Tour of Japan.
This model was also played by many famous French soloists -such as David Guerrier in France, as well as players in in the US and in Japan.
This instrument was based on the Raoux Millereau French Horn created in late 1800s, though the design of the pistons valves remained the same. After having taken over the Raoux Millereau Company, in 1931, the Selmer Company continued to develop this design. This Instrument, therefore is the final design in this French tradition. The Thevet improvements included an enlarged the bore size and the bell.
