Wes Lee is the best out there to watch and I look forward to each new post that he does. He does not post them to attract more business as he is already too busy. He seems to just love sharing his knowledge and with enough subscribers, I'm sure he's making some money on it as well.

I agree. I have to respect folks who are confident enough in their skills and abilities that they are willing to share what they know with others, and aren't afraid that they are educating their competition.
