Phillips had them in storage and had saved them from future efforts to trash them, and I scanned the size-A "normal sized" ones a few years back. Unfortunately a number of B/C/D larger ones were shipped out to a firm with a larger scanner, but lost - I photographed the few large ones in my possession as well.
They provide fascinating insight into the design nature of Conn instruments, and as one Italian fan of Conn horns put it, "frightening levels of bureaucracy", as even the most basic pull knob is spec'ed out, and only a few items were purchased from outside...!
